The Carbon Market
Covered Emitters and Registered Entities for the Cap-and-Trade System in Québec and in other Linked Jurisdictions
Québec and California linked their cap-and-trade systems on January 1, 2014.
Consequently, all business relationships with other emitters or participants registered for or subject to the cap-and-trade system in Québec, including those registered with California, must be disclosed in order to update related corporate association groups.
